I really hope this helps but then again I am tired and not really at my best to explain things. But basically, depending on the movement hair is pretty fun and easy to draw! It follows the movement of your character so adding some fluffs, tips and all will just improve the motion of your character.
Also experimenting with weight, say light on head and heavy on shoulders, adds to character and shows variety! I hope this helps and makes sense. If not, drop an ask and I will help as much as I can!
